Luis serves as a startup mentor with Geekdom in San Antonio\, TX; the Pioneer21 Venture Mentoring Program in El Paso\, TX; and globally with MassChallenge and Techstars. Dr. Martinez was previously Director of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Trinity University. Through his work in industry\, education\, and now Capital Factory\, Luis has guided 200+ entrepreneurs from early stage to successful exits across a wide range of industries and sectors. Prior to SWAN and Tokalon\, Heather led Fidelity Family Office Services’ development for 8 years in the southwest.
