Dr. Emily Choi is the Executive Director of the SMU Cox Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship and Professor of Practice in Management, Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the SMU Cox School of Business. She has 15 years of experience in entrepreneurship education at SMU and UTD and previously
