Cameron Cushman

Cameron Cushman has almost two decades of experience building entrepreneurial communities. He is currently the founder of Red Sage Innovation, a consulting practice that assists large corporations and universities innovate, using an ecosystem-centered approach. He spent the last seven years at the University of North Texas Health Science Center as the Assistant Vice President of Innovation Ecosystems. He began his career in the George W. Bush Administration in Washington, DC, before working at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation. While at Kauffman, he led several initiatives to help build entrepreneurial communities including the co-founding of 1 Million Cups, a weekly educational event for entrepreneurs that is now in over 100 US cities and 50 countries. He lives in Fort Worth with his wife and three sons.
