Zorric Sia is a Dallas-based podcasting instructor, mentor, and entrepreneur who empowers
creators to bring their stories to life through audio. As Lead Instructor at Hello Studios, he
teaches in-depth podcasting courses that cover ideation, content planning, production,
distribution, and growth. His workshops and sessions—delivered at Hello Studios, The Dallas
Comedy Club, and The DEC Network—are known for blending real-world strategy with creative
clarity.
With an MBA from Baylor University and an MS in Entrepreneurship from Southern Methodist
University (SMU), Zorric combines business acumen with storytelling expertise. Shortly after
completing his graduate studies at SMU, he launched bopsee, a video-first dating app designed
to bring authenticity back to online introductions.
Zorric was the co-host of The Date Podcast, a show exploring dating culture, pop trends, and
relationships through 150+ episodes. Though the podcast has since ended, it sparked his
passion for teaching and mentoring other aspiring podcasters. The experience deepened his
belief in the power of audio storytelling and ultimately inspired him to guide others through their
own creative journeys.
His entrepreneurial path began at the University of Houston, where he co-founded Echelon Data
Systems, a healthcare software startup. He has since launched several ventures, including a
services marketplace.
Through Hello Studios and live workshops across DFW, Zorric has mentored hundreds of
aspiring podcasters, many of whom have gone on to launch successful shows of their own. He’s
passionate about making podcasting accessible and impactful for creatives, professionals,
brands and small business owners alike.
