Laura Baldwin is Managing Director of Golden Seeds-Dallas, a national angel network investing in women-owned and -led companies. She is a proactive, high-achieving leader with more than 20 years of experience in finance, treasury, corporate development, and investor relations roles, with roles in investment banking, equity research, and hospitals. Laura got her MBA Finance from the SMU Cox School of Business.

Ralph Henry is VP of Life Sciences & Medical Technology for VIC, a life sciences commercialization investor. Before VIC, Ralph served as a Distinguished Professor at the University of Arkansas. While there, he directed a federally funded research program for 21 years. His work produced over 50 publications and 5 patents, which currently support the IP portfolio of two different Arkansas-based biotech companies. He is also co-founder and VP Biopharmaceutics at InterveXion Therapeutics.
